I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable, facing the atrium like some in our group. The service was excellent with very nice and welcoming staff. The location couldn't be better, ideal for exploring the center of Madrid. The dining options offered plenty but fell short of a 4-star hotel's expectations. Overall, a great value for money choice with some minor room simplifications.
